The proposition is a highly tailored matching service for
investors that allows them to receive details on only the
most suitable investment properties from our network of worldwide
partners.
These partners pay us either a commission on any sales generated,
or a per email fee for all enquiry leads generated.
By promoting this service, you will be able to take a share
of any generated revenue for the entire customer lifecycle
of any investors you sign up.
Implementation:
Promoting this service couldn't be simpler. We'll provide
you with a co-branded splash page and signup form on our secure
server, plenty of creatives of different specifications to
advertise the service and even HTML mailers to promote it
to any email subscribers you have.
Registration forms carry your affiliate ID and any new users
that register via your form are automatically picked up by
our admin and tracking system. They will then continue to
receive investment alerts for matching suitable properties
until they opt out of the service.
Reporting:
We provide you with a full reporting suite, that shows you
a summary of the pipeline and payable revenues from both commission
share and pay per email sources, as well as drill-down information
on the clients that have contributed to each component of
the revenue. There is also a timeline view that shows when
your revenues have been generated and how you have performed
historically.
Commission details:
Option 1 - Commission is payable on two different
types of activity: the sale of properties to buyers you introduce
and also the fees received for enquiries about properties
listed on a pay per enquiry basis.
Your prevailing rate of commission is applied to both types
of activity. The applicable commission level increases with
the cumulative volume of completed sales
generated by investors that you introduce. Movement between
tiers is upwards only - sales levels are not reset to zero
monthly, annually or over any other timescale.
